1) How old were you when you learned how to knit?
- I guess I learn it in school when I was about 10 years old. There was no knitter in my family - but lots of tailers (is that the right word?? My maternal granny made mens clothes and both my mother and my paternal granny made womens clothes).
2) Who taught you?
It had to be Mrs. Ernelund. She was my crafts-teacher. An old "lady" with red red hair who used lots of perfume! I met her a couple of years after I left school (she was retiered) and she could not remember me, but when I said the name of the sweetest girl in my class she did at least know what class I was in ;-D
Well she only succeded in teaching me to knit - my friend Maria taught me the rest. These days I'm knitting all the time and she is not.
